Please could you admit that something has gone wrong on your end? There's noway suddenly all of these people are having the EXACT same problems:

  • Memory leaks
  • Web protection not turning on
  • Unable to contact license server issues...


List goes on, I'm waiting for your team to give your customers some communication.

Ive been having the same problem today. I thought id try to uninstall and reinstall it but when i tried to uninstall malwarebytes my uninstall just froze and was forever stuck there. When you open malwarebytes the program will freeze and just be unresponsive until you force end task.

We're sorry you had issues with our program today. We've addressed the issue and here's what you need to do to fix it.

*** How to resolve / verify you have the fixed update package ***

  • Update package version 1.0.3803 or higher contains the fix
  • To resolve, simply reboot your machine. In some cases, a second or even third reboot may be needed.
  • To verify you have this update, go to Settings ->  About -> Update package version: 1.0.3803
