EarlNeedsHelp Posted January 24, 2018 Author ID:1203133 Share Posted January 24, 2018 So far, so good, thanks Devin. I will check back in a week. BTW, I also Set a custom size for the page file in virtual memory. If I get a few days of no BSOD, I will reset the page file back to default to be sure that it was not the problem. I am feeling good about setting the exclusions as the fix. Thanks, again
EarlNeedsHelp Posted January 29, 2018 Author ID:1210102 Share Posted January 29, 2018 It has been a week with only one problem- the "friendly fire" crash from Malwarebytes, so I am sure the exclusions solved the problem. This would not have been a problem except for the fact that McAfee was pre-installed on the new laptop I got for Xmas. Thanks for the help
