Hi, I had a lifetime licence on an old machine no longer in my possession. I want to deactive the licence and install it on a new machine. I am having trouble logging in to support too. I enter what I think are my ID and password and it tells me they are incorrect. I see no reset password link. Cant find a way of sending an email to support. Please send me correct details I already have my reg key
