I just installed an application called SpyPal Keylogger that Malwarebytes will not allow, even after Excluding the install directory and installation executable.  After several attempts of installing and reinstalling, I was finally able to install it -- but had to disable Malware Protection to make that happen!  Now Malwarebytes pops up an orange screen whenever you begin a new session that prompts the user to turn Malware Protection back on.  Not good.  By the way -- when the user turns Malwarebytes back on, it does it's job well, I have to uninstall / reinstall SpyPal.

So, please let me know what I need to do to make Malwarebytes recognize SpyPal Keylogger, besides temporarily uninstalling Malwarebytes?

Thank you,

Bob Bollinger

In order to exclude, when the scan is done, uncheck the detection and click "Next"

Then you'll see a new window open where it will ask what to do with this. In your case, you need to select: "Ignore Always".
