The program routinely stops launching when I boot up my laptop. Clicking on the icon produces nothing. It shows as a process running in Task Manager, but I can do nothing with it. I've downloaded and run fixdamage.exe and it found no infection. I just received the annual renewal notice and I have no idea whether I'm getting what I'm paying for.
