PUP.Optional.Legacy, Plugin found: __MSG_extName__ -

When searching with adwcleaner I get the attached result.

The problem is: PUP.Optional.Legacy, Plugin found: __MSG_extName__ -

I then have ADW remove the PUP, and after restarting the system, I get the message that it was removed.

When I scan again with Adw, I get the same finding.

Can somebody please help?

Hello Orfeo and welcome to Malwarebytes.

This is associated with an add-on in Firefox.  If you open Firefox and click the settings and view Add ons - so you see MST_extName there?

I checked that, but there is/was no such Add on or extension.

I don't have the problem any more as I have reset the browser settings.

Scanning with Malwarebytes and with adwcleaner I don't find anything but each time I open IE or Firefox my Malwarebytes Premium blocks the opening of several links, like Deloton.

Any idea how to get rid of that?
