Lifetime license lost

I was one of the original testers of this product many years ago.  We all received lifetime licenses for out testing work.  About four years ago, my Pro installation started expiring because it said I was using the key in more than one machine - a false assumption.  I contacted this company's support email and was told the old key did not work in the latest version, therefore the reason I was getting the strange popup.  The person gave me a new different code to allow my lifetime license to continue.  I lost that number in corrupted emails due to a hardware failure in my motherboard caused data corruption.  I did a reinstall of the latest version of this product and have 10 days to replace the license.

I have been back and forth by email with support getting automated emails once a week.  I complained and asked the guy to stop pecking keys and read my email.  He still asks when I BOUGHT my license, that he has no record of my existence.  I keep telling this person, I never purchased this software, I was a tester with a lifetime license, of course he can't read!

If I was in a brick and mortar store, I would ask to see this person's supervisor, but with email, there is no such feature.  So, will another person in Support look up the old records of this user and replace my license?

Support ticket 2185844  Isaias is still using automated block text scripts.  I have lost all patience replying to his once a week emails (must be a bot)
