My Malwarebytes 3.2 lost after re-installing Windows 10

I had installed version 3.1 in June 2017. Because I am a life member of M'bytes, the upgrade was free.
Later I upgraded to 3.2

Since my computer system was acting poorly of late, I was advised to re-install Windows 10. I did this a few days ago.

I soon discovered that my Malwarebytes program had disappeared in the process!!

I am writing to ask how I can install the latest version again please.
