Does MBAM For Android Include A Spam Phone # Blocker?

Recommended Posts

And if so, how do I turn it off? I'm running into an issue where a legit # that I MUST receive calls from has ended up on some telephone blacklists & it's going straight to voice mail. The # in ? is outgoing only. The # is 206-639-6399. The # was not in my contacts when this started. It used to come in as "private" & I was able to answer. I have called both T-mobile & the manufacturer & both say that could not happen in there systems. I have a vague memory of turning on a general spam blocker SOMEWHERE in the last few weeks, but i can't remember where. I've spent over an hour searching for a setting on the phone with no luck.

If anyone from MBAM can reply quickly, this is very time critical for me.

  • Phone carrier - T Mobile
  • Phone brand and model (i.e. Samsung Galaxy S8+) Blu Life 8 XL
  • Which Android operating system you are running 4.42 KitKat
  • If your phone is rooted No
  • If you are running any other security software C Cleaner & Root Checker Basic. AFAIK, only MBAM is running; the other 2 are installed but are said not to run unless I activate it one session at a time.
