Real Time Protection Turned Off

It looks like you have a bad controller version. Could be directly related to the above. Let's try to update it by going to Settings -> Applications and clicking Check for Updates. Then reboot, and wait 5 minutes to see if Web Protection stays on. If it doesn't stay on, then try downloading the full installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your existing install
