Waking my desktop to run Malwarebytes scan

I have my desktop set to sleep after one hour of idle time. In addition, I also have Malwarebytes scheduled to run at 2am in the morning. Is there a way (either through some type of Windows task or via Malwarebytes) to wake my desktop prior to 2am so that it can run the scan?

I'm running Windows 10 home edition.
