mmorales Posted January 8, 2018 Author ID:1198011 Share Posted January 8, 2018 Hi DJacobson, The is supposed to be pushed from Kaseya to the endpoints daily. But Kaseya tells us the endpoint was updated meanwhile the workstations are telling us that the database files were not updated.
djacobson Posted January 11, 2018 ID:1198939 Share Posted January 11, 2018 @mmorales I am not familiar with Kaseya's management portal. Have you allowed the update URL be externally accessible? djacobson Posted January 12, 2018 ID:1199202 Share Posted January 12, 2018 For those that come across this in the future, the issue was caused by a Cisco appliance doing traffic encryption/inspection, which will cause our Man-in-the-Middle protection to reject the traffic or have the certificate be denied.
