I do a scan with Malwearebytes Free 3.3.1 and it found this: Trojan.FakeMS C\ ProgramFiles x86\ InternetExplorer \IEShims.dll it restarted my pc and put the file in quarantine, i do before of Mabm a scan with adwcleaner but it found nothing. I have KIs2017 antivirus I don't use Internet explorer and not downloaded nothing Is a false positive and I have to rstore the file or not?
