Some of those might be from old definitions , make sure to also update first .

Procedure done:

updated MBAM from 2628 too 2635

restored the ( 3 ) deletions in quarantine

closed MBAM

used CCleaner ( 0 bytes removed )

reBooted into normal Mode

used CCleaner ( 0 bytes removed )

confirmed 2052 restored

performed MBAM Full sysytem Scan

Scan can up clean

Can you explain why they were deleted in the first place ?

The definition of a false\positive is it was mistakenly targeted. Happens all the time to all security software.

Please do as instructed in the link provided by nosirrah.

I went to RUN and typed in mbam.exe/developer and the program loads,I did a Full system Scan and I come up with same logfile as usual.
It was done incorrectly. You need to add a space between 'mbam.exe' and '/developer'.
