Is my PC infected? Randomly named folders with 9 specific file types.

is my PC infected?

Something is creating folders with randomly generated names like ytransfer246 and Xstore137 and exactly 9 files, each with a different file type, .sql, .txt, .docx, .doc, .xls, .mdb, .xlsx, .pem and .rtf.

The names of the files are also randomly generated. These folders are being created on several attached drives, not just C.
