khanmein Posted December 29, 2017 ID:1195252 Share Posted December 29, 2017 A few minutes ago, I also experience BSOD (ntoskrnl.exe+1640e0) & I noticed the Web Protection is unable to turn on + the component package version is changed to 1.0.0 so I ran 'mb3-setup-consumer-3.3.1.2183-1.0.262-1.0.3374' & everything is back to normal. Seriously, ever since version 3 released, I had experienced few BSOD which all related to Malwarebytes software. Please kindly work closely with Microsoft. I know can purely blame you guys since Windows 10 CU & FUC had it's own problems too.
dcollins Posted December 29, 2017 ID:1195320 Share Posted December 29, 2017 Do you have any crash dumps on your machine from when the BSOD happened? Either the C:\Windows\MEMORY.dmp file or files in C:\Windows\minidump. If so, sending these files to us would help us see what's going on.
