random blocked sites even when not in browser

So when I start up my computer malewarebytes has a bunch of popups to someplace like sibima.afftrack.com (not sure is sibima is right but it is afftrack.com). I did a scan through malewarebytes and it said it didn't find any pups so I am not sure what to do. I found the I'm infected forum thingy so gonna follow that, thanks for the help in advance!
