Apparently I have picked up a virus or something in the short time it was running before I got Malwarebytes installed. Now I can't open the program. I have tried from safe mode, and have also tried renaming the mbam.exe file, but it is requiring admin approval even though I am the admin. I tried downloading Adware and it wouldn't run as well. Final got it to work in safe mode and removed 2 pup items. I have tried to download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, but it instantly closes the browser window. (Even from other sites) Mbytes keeps pooping up in the lower right corner with blocked sites, so I know it is running now, I just can't open to scan. Please help. Go in Safe Mode once more, and download FRST from there, then run a scan with it. It should work. Attach both files (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) it'll produce afterwards. I did discover that I was able to launch Malwarebytes from the system tray in safe mode while trying to get the FRST tool to work. I ran a scan and quarantined 17 items. I am posting the summary.
