Email The President of this company

What is his/her email. I am totally ticked about this after a few weeks. Even had an email from someone in support/sales about it. It has nothing to do with the product or this forum. 

"Your support ticket 2169678 has been updated and marked as solved. Please reply to this email to update the ticket with any questions or additional information."

IT IS NOT SOLVED AND THEY DON"T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING !!!! 

I purchased a Malwarebytes lifetime license under a different email and just wanted to have that in MY.MALWAREBYTES.COM. I was even told what email. Can't be that hard to do. Maybe this will show people the story about your  support. NOT GOOD
