What is the difference between Malwarebytes for Home vs for Teams?

I am checking out the pricing for Malwarebytes, and I see Malwarebytes Premium--"For Home" or "For Teams". Is the only difference between these 2 the priority support? Is that worth the $4 extra per device per year (with 10 devices)? Other than the fact that you can't buy more than 10 at once with "For Home"?

Thanks in advance for any clarification.

That is up to You. Free support is always available on the forum. The help desk is first come first served and can take a few days for support.

Hello Porthos,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Malwarebytes for teams includes priority support which will get you faster response times during our business hours. The same version as home users is provided and is intended for small business for up to 20 devices, anything higher we would recommend looking into our business solutions.

Let me know if you have any further questions

Thank you

Hello Porthos,

Thank you, but he was helping to answer me. :D

I don't necessarily feel like paying more if the only advantage is priority support... And we don't have near 20 devices. I think 10 is enough, or more than enough. I would be interested in solutions for businesses/teams that have features like central management, etc, just a little bit built in. Not as complicated as the enterprise solutions.

Hello @dz0o0n

I'm sorry, but we don't have any product in the middle. Due to engineering and support costs, most companies separate out Enterprise Central Management as another product.

"Just a little bit" often boils down to "cheesy" and often doesn't work well or scale up as the business grows.

If you need assistance with any type of support though I'm sure that we can help you here on the forums in most cases, but you're always welcome to contact our Customer Support as well.

Thank you

Ron
