I think there should be an easier way to disable the auto renewal feature on subscriptions. Right now the only way to do that is to contact Cleverbridge and tell them to disable it. Why is there no simple option to toggle it off. Renewals happen without notification so I never know when I'm going to be charged until it's already happened. There should be an option on the Billing and Payment tab on the Malwarebytes account page. Please add something like this, I despise software that has shady billing and renewal practices.

Yep, it's a good idea.  I think a lot of the difficulty stems from the fact that Malwarebytes uses a third party (Cleverbridge) to handle purchases/licensing/renewals, so any changes have to go through them, not through Malwarebytes so any changes to how it works must be approved by and work with the infrastructure utilized by Cleverbridge, otherwise I'm certain simpler methods and options would have already been made available.
