Real-Time Protection turned off

I continue to receive the message Real-time Protection turned off and can not turn it on. lasts about 5 seconds and turns off. 

After reading some other posts i downloaded the FRST app ran it and have the zip file.

I have attached the file.

Need to know what to do to fix the issue as i am tired of it getting in the way of applications on my screen.

I would first add exclusions followed by a clean install with the MB Clean tool.    https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean

I would like you to add these files to your Anti-Virus exclusions list as mentioned in this FAQ HERE (my list below includes the exe files as well)

 i have included the exclusions and reloaded malware. i currently do not have the message on the screen, but yesterday it took a couple of hours for it to show up.

 

I have included the file that popped up on the screen and told me to attach.

Any further action needed?

Thanks for the update. Please post back if it happens again. Please if you need to post back include new logs as well.
