Real Time Protection Will Not Turn On

I am running Windows 10 on a laptop that also has Norton Security installed.  I have recently started getting an error message that MB Real Time Protection is not turned on and I have been unable to turn it on.

Please find attached the Zip file generated by MB-Check.  I'd be grateful if you would advise how to resolve this issue.

Looks like you're on an older version still. Can you please go to Settings -> Application and click "Check for Application Updates". Once the update is installed, restart and see if your web protection works properly

It tells me that “No updates are available”

Interesting, you can download the latest version from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 and install it over top of your current version?
