Reinstall and # of devices

My wife's hard drive took a dive and I've reinstalled windows 7 and malwarebytes.  However, when we type in my key, it says to many uses.

It's just my PC and hers, but this is a fresh windows install on a new HD for her.

I have not yet reactivated her windows if that matters.  I was going to wait until after xmas just in case I need to call MS (I think we do now, right) since its a new HD.

Depending on WHEN and TYPE of key purchased each key is good for only one computer.  That can be determined and fixed by the help desk.

Usually, support will take 3/5 days or more since support is busier than normal at this time to get to your request

Not sure how to even find the ticket # which is why I finally posted here again.  Is there no way to find your personal tickets on the site?

I've searched all my mail folders.  Just my welcome and forum message notifications and my initial forum account creation message.

You would have received the # when you created the helpdesk request.   Either way, I will have someone look into it for you. @Ried @celee

If you have purchased the product from us, you can use the same email to register for the account. https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/register

Once you can login into your account you could deactivate on the device where your product was wiped off and reset your license key.
