Hello Heroesb and welcome to Malwarebytes,

If you use Chrome you will see entries with "crdownload” extension in your Downloads directory. Chrome creates one each time you begin downloading a file.

These "crdownload" files are automatically renamed when a download finishes successfully, if the download is corrupt or does not finish you will see the entries as you have in MB log....

As with  all downloaded files there is always the chance they maybe malicious as Malwarebytes has identified in your case. Let Malwarebytes remove those entries to it "Quarantine folder" when that is complete you can open "Quarantine" within Malwarebytes main interface,  check mark those entries and then select "Delete"

Does that help..?

Thank you,

Kevin
