Home license for both Windows PC and Mac?

Hi, I'm enjoying the 14-day trial and thinking of upgrading to the paid Premium version. I have two Windows-based PCs and one Mac. I understand that one PC yearly subscription is $39.99 and every additional device is $10. If I start a 3-device subscription, can I protect for the same $59.99 all three computers including the Mac, or is the license for the Mac purchased separately for another $39.99?
