Cannot renew, file not found page

Hi all

A few days ago I tried to renew my sub which was expiring today the 20th, I get to the renew page, click the button but get sent to a file not found page (like another user in November). I have tried different browsers but am still unable to renew. I sent in a ticket, number 2169599, but have so far heard nothing and I would like to get this fixed with the sub coming to an end today. If there's any way of looking into this, or maybe an alternative way of renewing (or even starting a new sub), I would be very grateful for any assistance.

When did you send in the ticket? If Malwarebytes was purchased from our website it should auto-renew with no action to the original card used for purchase.

Many thanks for the reply, I sent the ticket in yesterday morning UK time, so I know I haven;t given them much time to answer

I am pretty sure that I did buy via the site, so hopefully it will auto renew and stop those nagging ending in xx days messages! If it does not auto renew, should I post another update on here?

Since you are in the UK, I am not sure if cleverbridge processed your payment. I will alert staff to look into this topic. @celee@Ried

Thankyou Lisa and Porthos for your help, have tried changing payment to paypal and still get the file not found page come up. Looking forward to getting a fully functional MW3 again!
