Malwarebytes Premium disappeared

I bought Malwarebytes Premium recently and registered it on two computers with a third to be done.  My problem is this, I just restarted my computer and Malwarebytes totally disappeared, can't find it anywhere.  Now I know I can download another but I don't want to use my third registration on the same computer that was the first to be registered.  What happened?  How can I get it back without using up a  registration.
