rundll32.exe playing audio in the background

There is audio that randomly plays in the background on my computer for no reason. I went into volume mixer to see what was playing the audio and I saw Windows host process (Rundll32). I go into task manager and right click the application and click on open file location. The file was located in (C:)Windows/SysWOW64 and I am pretty sure it is this file playing the audio because when I end the task in the middle of the audio playing, the sound stops playing until it reopens again automatically. I don't want to delete the file because I am pretty sure that it will damage my system as it is a Microsoft file. I am using Windows 10 and haven't had this issue until this month.
