Cannot enable Real Time Web Protection. Disables after Starting!

The Real Time Web Protection Turned Off notification Pop up window is continually appearing. See image below.  Clicking on the Turn On button has no effect. The notification disappears only to reappear again shortly after.

Attempting to Enable this Web Protection in the Set Up Protection Tab results in a 'Starting'status  which reverts to 'Off' soon after. 

I had this problem a month ago and Malwarebytes Support solved the problem by updating Malwarebytes to the latest version - See attached image below. Now the problem has reappeared with the change that Web Protection automatically Disables itself to the 'Off' state rather than freezing in 'Starting' state.

Full scans with Norton Security 360 and Malwarebytes Premium show nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

Unable to install and run FRST.exe.   Norton prevented the execution of this file despite my selecting Run Anyway option. Norton deleted this file and insisted on ReStart!

Disable Norton and download and run again.

Hi Porthos.

Following Malwarebyte's instructions on their website, I downloaded and executed the latest version MB Clean. 

I then reinstalled the latest version of Malwarebytes and updated its database. Malwarebytes Premium is working well now with all protections enabled.

I then ran both Norton Security Suite's and Malwarebyte's Full Antivirus scans.  No viruses found.

We really wanted the logs so we could see why it was happening but good it is working for you now.
