Web protection won't turn on

I recently bought Malwarebytes 3.3.1 premium but it turned out that web protection won't turn on no matter what I did. 

I did try to complete clean using the removal tool and reinstall but no help.

I also tried to add some exclusion as suggested. (About 15 files and folders relating to Mbam)

I tried to restart not only the program but also the computer but nothing helped.

Can you please try running the latest installer on top of your existing product and see if that helps.

1. Download latest installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. (Don't uninstall anything)

3. Can you please let us know if that fixes your issue.

The installer automatically uninstalled the current version of mine, then required restart and installed. It appeared to be turned o the web protection for like 5 seconds, then went off again.

I also had the same problem in the last few days. I tried your latest installer, and it seems to have solved the problem.

I know you had already sent the logs. But after running the latest installer when you report the same thing is happening, can you please send us a fresh set of logs.

Could you try reinstalling using our clean up tool. I want to make sure the database from previous installation is not corrupt and causing this. The tool will remove current installation of MB3 and install the latest automatically.

I just did a clean installation for my windows and now it works fine. I will restart and get back to you if anything happens.

Malwarebytes works fine for over a month but now the web protection is off again. I attached the mb-check file below for more information.

3. Type the following: sc delete mbamwebprotection

For now, it's on. I'll check tomorrow and days after to see if this error keep going. Also, can you tell me what exactly have I just done? And how it helped turn on the web protection?

You deleted the web protection driver with that command and let MB reinstall it.
