Unable to reinstall Malwarebytes

I used the cleaner in safe mode but I still can't get mb3 to install because of the missing unins000.msg.

Can you try running mb-clean again to see if anything is cleaned up?

I have but it doesn't seem to do anything. I run the cleaner, it restarts. I try to install mb3, it restarts. I try to install mb3, it restarts. Over and over again. I've ran the cleaner 4 or 5 times now with the same results.

Can you please run mb-check from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3_check and upload the zip file it creates? This should have a bit more information about why the installer is failing

Can you download the attached zip file, extract the .bat file inside and then right click the file and choose Run as Administrator. This should clean up any leftover registry keys that could be causing your issue. Once done, reboot and try to install again

Thanks, please perform the following:

1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run Dialog
2. In the window, type regedit and click Ok
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
4. Delete the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware_is1 key on the left side
5. Close Regedit and attempt to reinstall

I followed the instructions to download, check, clean and uninstall and I cannot re-install it now?

Can you grab a new set of logs for us please?

1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced Options
3. Click Gather logs and upload the zip file that gets created on your desktop
