Your UEFI/BIOS (version 2501) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and the outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 3 hard drives.  What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?
The purpose of this question is to get you to evaluate your PSU.
- PSU's tend to get less efficient with age
- adding components over time may decrease the ability of the PSU to support the entire system (Maybe remove some stuff to see if that helps?)
- while you can measure the output of a PSU with a multimeter, the readings may change dramatically when the PSU is put under load.  PSU testing instructions (by dc3) here:  https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/654994/pc-is-crashingfreezing-up-multiple-times-daily/page-2#entry4341756
- there's a free PSU test in the OCCT program at http://www.ocbase.com/

2 of the memory dumps were corrupted, and the one that was left wasn't clear as to the problem.
The remaining dump was suggestive of a hardware problem - but not certain enough to say it was hardware
BUT, there was evidence of a STOP 0x124 BSOD error in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.
This is usually a hardware problem, although it's possible (but less likely) that it's a compatibility or low-level driver problem
More info on that error here:  http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000124

As such, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
If all the tests pass, then start with this procedure to help isolate the problem device(s):  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

Please update your Realtek networking drivers to latest available, W10 version available from the motherboard manufacturer's support website.
If the motherboard site doesn't have the latest version, then you can download the Realtek Windows 10 AutoInstallation driver package from here:  http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

In the event that all of this doesn't work, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

hi so i came home like 5 hours ago and started pc to do your advises but i entered a game to see if problem is persisting

i played 5 hours game non-stop and did not get any blue screen or instant freeze but my gaming performance is really low normally i can play bf1 or battlefront 2 with at least 100-120 fps but this session i coudnt get 60 fps.

im telling this to you maybe u can get an idea why my pc not crashed this time but my performance diminished and extra info always helps

and while in game i observed my task manager and my cpu usage is higher than %95

My first suspicion is your hard drive.  Running the tests on it will tell you if it's failing or not.
As you can get into Windows - try the Seagate Seatools for Windows program:  https://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-win-master/
Run the long/extended test - the short/quick test only spot checks the drive.

Beyond that, this is seeming more and more like a hardware problem - so finishing the diagnostics is criticial
