FP for symales.exe and nisale.exe ?

I'm posting this for a user that posted here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=21664

I had the latest definitions therefore no new update. No log cam up, but it had Save Logfile, which I did and it is shown below. I also ran a scan on my notebooki and the exact same two items came up after the scan! Is this what you wanted? What do I do now?
