Adware.Elex.SHHKRST removal please

Hi, I´ve got the Adware.Elex.SHHKRST malware, plus a lot of potentially suspicious files. I´ve read in another closed post some instructions:

So I´m doing this.

I´m attaching the log file from Malwarebytes. I could only put into quarantine all the files and folders. Though it´s been quarantined, the symptoms remain (for instance I use Chrome, and from a search in Google, some of the results are altered and in the first positions it adds some other results).

This doesn´t seem to be bothering in Firefox.

After a scan with Emsisoft Emergency Kit, the result is that the system is clean (which isn´t of course).

I really appreciate your help with this!
