$RECYCLE.BIN and System volume information Virus

I am a new member and first post here. 
I am trying desperately to remove " $RECYCLE.BIN and System volume information Virus " on my windows 10 laptop.

I scanned 3 times with malwarebytes  but failed to remove it.
Any advice on how to remove this troublesome virus ?

These folders are legitimate Windows folders, and not malware/virus, so there's no need for you to remove them. What makes you think that they are infected?

Thanks for the reply.
$recycle.bin was not there before in my laptop. Some things must  have cause this to appear and when I research on the internet, this are hidden folders.

And it created some empty folders too and shortcut  of system volume information. It even appear on my USB stick.
However, I already solved the problem by checking the box  "don't show hidden files, folders or drives" in Folder Option.
Anyway, it's strange what causes those to appear in the first place.

These folders will show if you have both "Show hidden files, folders and drives" checked, and "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)" unchecked.

My guess is that one of the program you used changed these settings, and that allowed you to see these folders.

Was there anything else to address, or that was it?
