Real-time protection (web, malware) not working. UsingPremium version 3.2.2

Hello, 

Can you help me? My real time protection  (web protection, malware protection) doesn't work on  both my Windows 10 64 bit desktop and laptop. I checked the forum but I'm unable to find a solution. I have tried turning of Malwarebytes off through the system tray and restarting the software and computer. I'm using premium version 3.2.2. Update package and component package versions are in the screen shots below.

Can you try installing the latest 3.3.1 over your existing product and let me know if that worked.

Just download the latest installer from : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall. Restart after.

Can the AVG application be "on" while using Malwarebytes software or should I turn off AVG? Will it cause a conflict?

You can use AVG but to eliminate the chance of any conflicts do the following.

I would like you to add these files to your Anti-Virus exclusions list as mentioned in this FAQ HERE (my list below includes the exe files as well)

• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\malwarebytes_assistant.exe
• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbam.exe
• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\MbamPt.exe
• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\MBAMService.exe
• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbamtray.exe
• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\MBAMWsc.exe
• C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\farflt.sys
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbae64.sys
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbam.sys
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\MBAMChameleon.sys
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\MBAMSwissArmy.sys
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mwac.sys

Also please exclude the following folders too: (The complete folder)

• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware
• C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService

Thank you. Just added the list to AVG Free edition. Should I include the same list if I use Windows Defender?

Avg turns off Defender. If you decide to remove AVG then yes add those to Defender.
