Can't login Premium on devices

I recently updated Malwarebytes on my Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy Note 5, the app forced me to "try Premium" for 30-days but I am Premium Lifetime.  Where do I put the registration code for these devices (I can't find anywhere to put the code as I could with the older version).  I have premium on my desktop computer and had it on my other devices but the update nullified my subscription.  I paid for this and now I'm on a 30-day Premium "trial" when I paid for this, please help.

The old lifetime keys are ONLY good for Windows.

Well, that is crappy.  Suppose they want more money from me and an annual sub as well.  I'll just delete MWB from my other two devices and use something else.  Thanks for the fast reply and I know you don't work for them.

Mb Lifetime keys were discontinued in 2014. It has been a subscription for all products since then.
