Groovariio

I am having a problem removing Groovario from my computer. I can run Malwarebytes and it finds Groovario and I Quarantine it, and delete it and rerun Malwarebytes and it is still there. Below is the scan results from Malwarebytes.

Be aware there are two posts in that thread, if the first instruction does not help move onto the second....
