MWB and Computer Concerns

So there's something fishy going on with my computer. I've been experiencing a handful of seemingly minor issues here and there but I fear it may have to do with some malicious stuff going on in the background. The majority of these problems started up I'd say within at least the past 2-3 months, some slightly more recent. 

I've been using MWB for the past 3 years or so. The machine I'm running all this on is a Windows 10 Acer Desktop. There are a handful of external HDDs plugged in as well. After running Malwarebytes and other virus scans everything shows up fine (except for one thing which I will get to down below)

While some of these problems may be unrelated, I have a feeling that some of them are, and that somethings up.

All Issues:
-Some small apps like Wordpad lag for about 5-10 seconds right after opening
-The screen & speakers stutter in unison for like half a second then continue as normal
-Sometimes when shutting down, either an unnamed process or a proceess named "G" is preventing shutdown. Also task manager asks for admin permission right after logging in??
-When trying to access one of my external hard drives I get an I/O bit error and am unable to reach any of the files in the respective drives. Restarting seems to fix it but why is it happening in the first place?
-Chrome randomly shuts itself down with no warning
-There's 1 or 2 others I cant recall at the moment, they were fairly minor IIRC

So after scanning with Malwarebytes once, I get (3) results of PUPs. After quarantining them, they remain later on. Here is a screenshot of it https://i.imgur.com/cWv45NX.png?1 and below I've pasted the log
