Unable to Connect to License Server after Reinstall

I recently reinstalled Malwarebytes Premium 3.3.1 to try and correct an issue where it could not contact the server to download updates, but now after the reinstall I am stuck in Free with it giving the same error every time I try to enter in my License Key.

After several restarts I see the same error message.

Below are the logs and a screencap of the message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After booting up my PC today my Premium is back on now, and also the previous issue of MB3 not receiving updates seems to have resolved itself.

I haven't done anything to it since my last attempts 2 days ago.

Since my subscription just renewed it may have been an issue with that?
