Restart PC loop

Hi,

I want to install the latest free Malwarebytes program but when it is about to install, I need to restart my computer.

Once my pc is restarted, the installation window pops up. When I want to install, it asks me to restart my computer.

Why does it keep asking me to restart my pc? This way, I'm unable to install the program. I have Windows 8.1 64bit.
