Malware.Exploit.Agent.Generic, Blocked

I keep getting Malware.Exploit.Agent.Generic, , Blocked every time I open my email, very frustrating.

 It says that C:\Windows\SysWOW64\vbscript.dll has been blocked. I've had the same email and  Malwarebytes for many years until recently I get this message from  Malwarebytes. Windows 10  I tried to exclude the file but didn't work .

How can I stop this from blocking every time I open my email.
