License help

I purchased my license on August 11th and it does not work. My license came with an ID, but there is no opportunity to enter an ID when I try to activate. The key I have does not allow the "activate license" button to become active itself (it stays greyed out). This might be the wrong thread as mine is just a premium one year license (which I have had since 2014).

Hi @Diacritcal,

During the activation process, there is a little checkbox to open up the ID field.

Please follow the steps here to activate your license (Step 3 is where you can enter in your ID): https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1142
