Ransomware protection on Mac

Hi,

I watched this review of Malwarebytes against ransomware. 

I trust your service better than other antivirus developers. But I was rather dissapointed after seeing this review. Since I want a product that stops not only malware but especially the potentially destructive and dangerous ransomware. 

So my question is why malwarebytes does not stop all ransomware?

This really isn't a Mac question, as that video is related to the Anti-Ransomware functionality on Windows. Is your question related to the Mac or Windows?

Then that video doesn't apply. Malwarebytes for Mac does not yet have that feature, but is apparently under consideration for a future product.
