I apparantly no longer have it on my system. I paid to renew several days before expiration, then got message my account was expired. I submitted a ticket and have heard nothing except the auto reply acknowledging that I submitted a ticket. While fumbling about trying to activate my license, something which Cleverbridge should be doing for all customers who have paid, I deactivated my old license. Won't take my old license key anymore and I have only the free edition. This is greatly concerning to me. I have paid for 4 yrs in a row and am very disappointed that all of Cleverbridge's effort seems to go towards collecting money from customers, while little effort is expended on providing the service. My account should have updated INSTANTLY when it was paid for. Anyone have a clue how I can resolve this?
