Malwarebytes will not load

Recommended Posts

Hi and welcome to the forum! ;)

Try these steps: YOU NEED THE LICENSE KEY YOU WERE SENT IN ORDER TO REACTIVE YOUR PROGRAM

# Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.

# Restart your computer (very important).

# Download and run this utility. mbam-clean.exe

# It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).

# After the computer restarts, Temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here

#Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications.

If the problem persists, then please post back :)

I click on Malwarebytes and it gives me this error: Error loading database. Line: #66201 (0). Any help would be great. Thanks ;)
Try the following:

If you're using Vista:

Please uninstall and then reboot, and when you go to reinstall again, right click on the Setup file and click Run as administrator. See if that fixes it, if not let us know.

If running XP:

Please download the file linked to below and run it, it should eliminate the problem.

Thanks for your help. I think all I need to do is update my version of Malwarebytes. Thanks again ;)
