wadhrama.clrsm infection

Hi, running Malwarebytes Business and the actual management station has got infected with Wadhrama . 1st question is why didn't Malwarebytes not pick it up (full scan on every PC at 5 a.m.) and why is there no phone support to get rid of it - I'm in the UK and Malwarebytes phone just says out of hours - leave a message.

This is a disgraceful support (and scanning system). Need help NOW.


Fortuneately backups worked but I can't restore if they just get infected again.

I am sorry to hear about this, we may need some additional information in order to determine what may have occurred.

Are you able to submit a copy of the infection sample in a password protected ZIP file to us for further analysis?


Premium Business phone which is an additional cost,  covers US an EU hours, with an after hours answering service not sure if you called consumer possibly.

Additionally was the Real Time Protection Module enabled for these endpoints?



As well did you have standalone Anti-Ransomware installed?
