New Email Address (Username)

I hope this is the correct area in the forum for my question.  I've been a Malwarebytes Premium Subscriber for several years.  My email address, which is also used by Malwarebytes  as my Username) in the "My Account" site.  Due to the hacking of my SBCGLOBAL address, that was included in the Yahoo hack, I changed my address.  I can no longer communicate in the "My Account" area, as Malwarebytes now considers me as a new account.

How do I merge my new email identity with my current Malwarebytes account?

Thank you very much for your assistance!

Gary

As earlier I mentioned If you are using the premium plan, which means you are a authentic user of this service or product, you'll always be welcoming by them. See whenever something like this happens to me, I do search for help support. I have found many of threads where malwarebytes is replying to such queries with solution. What can be better than that?

You can contact them directly on their official email. I will try to solve it by searching some you-tubers. If I'll get a better solution, I will answer to it for sure.

@alice_123 Hello and Welcome...

Normally once the topic is replied to and answered with the appropriate info there is no need to reply any further... Also its usually frowned upon to reply very old topics..

Thanks for understanding.
