Web Protection

Hi I am running MWB Premium 3.3.1 and I have just had a message that Web Protection is disabled and I cannot enable it - just gets switched off again.

I have disconnected and restarted MWB and shut down/re started my computer a couple of times but the problem persists.

Does anyone have a solution

Olá amigos colaboradores e membros do fórum, Eu também estou com o mesmo problema do amigo acima, na versão anterior eu estava com esse problema e fui instruído aqui no fórum a instalar a versão 3.3. que resolveu, mas hoje ao ligar já recebi uma mensagem que estava desativado. IMG-5 Ao clicar em iniciar, ele é carregado pra ativar e não ativa.

Let's try and get some logs first so the team can review them and see if they can tell what may be causing your issues....

  1. FIRST: Create and obtain Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs
  2. Download FRST and save it to your desktop
    NOTE: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit
  3. Double-click to run FRST and when the tool opens click "Yes" to the disclaimer
  4. Press the "Scan" button
  5. This will product two files in the same location (directory) as FRST: FRST.txt and Addition.txt
    NOTE: These two files will be collected by the MB-Check Tool and added to the zip file for you
  6. NEXT: Create and obtain an mb-check log
  7. Download MB-Check and save to your desktop
  8. Double-click to run MB-Check and within a few second the command window will open, then click "OK"
  9. This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-check-results.zip
  10. Attach this file to your forum post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area

Olá Bom dia! Como solicitado, veja as ocorrências.....

1. Reinstalei a versão 3.3.1. em cima da mesma versão, mas solicitou a reiniciar o sistema , no que fiz, ao voltar tinha uma mensagem que não havia instalado porque não achou o caminho;

2. Cliquei no atalho da barra de tarefas do MB e recebi a mensagem que o MB tinha sido removido, mas eu não tinha desinstalado;

3. Executei o MB 3.3.1 novamente pra instalar e instalou normalmente onde a proteção que estava desativada, ativou novamente, fiz uma nova varredura e localizou várias infecções como mostra no arquivo anexo:=>  DESKTOP analise malwarebytes 27-11-2017.rar

4. Resultado na análise no dia de hoje 27/11/2017:
